Principle
The equipment adopts electronic constant force speed line, digital direct display shaft Rotation speed, and is equipped with dispersion impeller and grinding disc. Driven by the high-speed operation of the motor, the dispersion head produces a high-speed tangential straight line. Under the action of huge centrifugal force, the material produces strong hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects, so that the fluid material bears thousands of shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects per minute, so as to achieve effective mixing, dispersion and homogenization effect. The linear velocity and material viscosity of the stirring, dispersion and grinding disc can be directly calculated according to the display speed of the swirl/spin axis. The relationship between the chemical reaction rate and the chemical reaction rate provides the correct process data for large-scale production.

Steps
1. Preparation of Materials and Mixing Tanks
2. Select dispersed impeller or mill according to test requirements
