Principle
The device adopts an electronic constant force speed line, which directly displays the rotating shaft Rotation speed digitally, and is equipped with a dispersion impeller and a grinding disc. Driven by the high-speed operation of the motor, the dispersion head produces a high-speed tangential straight line, and the material produces strong hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects under the action of centrifugal force, so that the fluid material can withstand thousands of shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects per minute, so as to achieve effective mixing, dispersion and homogenization effects.

Steps
1. Select dispersed impeller or mill according to experimental requirements
2. Set the required Rotation speed (100~ 8000rpm range)
3. Start the equipment for dispersion mixing operation
4. Turn off the device after the operation is completed
5. Perform cleaning and maintenance
