Overview
The TBJ-A bar Lab Film Applicator is a newly upgraded product. It is carefully designed for Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates, and can repeatedly and continuously prepare smooth, flat and flawless test samples. After the equipment was put into the market, it was favored by many familiar companies, R & D institutions, Universities & colleges. This Automatic film applicator comes standard with 1 China bar and 1 imported bar with an accuracy of up to 1μm.
Features
1. Using the bar coating method, the thickness range is 1~ 571.5 μm (Spreader thickness is determined according to the bar model).
2. meyer rod coating accuracy up to +/- 0.001mm.
The effective coating area is 630 * 480mm, which can be customized.
4. The application width is 480mm.
5. The coating speed range is 5~ 200mm/s, and less than 5mm/s can be customized.
6. Control mode is Touchscreen control.
7. Substrate clamping method Vacuum chuck.
8. Standard 1 China bar and 1 import bar with accuracy of 1 μm.
9. Optional accessories are abundant, including leakage tank, substrate fixing fixture, etc.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator uses the bar coating method to Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates. Vacuum chuck is used to fix the substrate, and the coating speed and process are controlled through Touchscreen to ensure repeated and continuous preparation of smooth, flat and flawless test samples.
