Principle
Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc, the material forms an annular flow and generates a strong vortex, which drops spirally to the bottom of the eddy current. Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion disc or sand disc according to the material characteristics and install it on the spindle.
2. Put the material to be processed into the mixing bucket, and use the bucket clamping device to quickly fix the bucket to prevent displacement.
3. Adjust the working head to the appropriate height by manually lifting the handle.
4. Rotation speed and running time are set by CPU digital controller.
5. Start the equipment and start the dispersion, grinding, stirring or mixing operation.
6. After running, turn off the device and raise the working head.
7. Remove the working head and clean the equipment and Mixing Tank.
Notice
The equipment is suitable for material viscosity ≤ 25,000 cps, and the processing capacity range is 0.2-5 L.
The recommended working line speed is 20-25m/s.
• Be sure to use the barrel clamping device to fix the mixing barrel before operation to prevent safety accidents caused by the displacement of the barrel body during work.
• To control temperature rise, it is recommended to use double-decked chill down jacket Mixing Tank with water to chill down.
• Please select the appropriate cartridge size according to the Processing capacity (such as 0.5L, 1.5L, 3L, 5L).
• The equipment is a manual lifting method, please pay attention to the use of the lifting handle when operating.
• When cleaning, pay attention to disassembling the working head to ensure thorough cleaning.
