Principle
Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc, the material is annular flow, generating strong vortices, and spiraling down to the bottom of the eddy current. During this process, strong shearing, impact and friction are generated between the particles, so as to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and emulsification.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion disc or sand disc according to the material characteristics, and fix it with the hexagon bolt and the spindle.
2. Put the material into the mixing bucket (e.g. double-decked chill down jacket Mixing Tank), and use the bucket clamping device to quickly fix the mixing bucket.
3. Adjust the working head to the appropriate height through the manual lifting handle and lock it tightly.
4. Rotation speed and timing parameters are set by CPU digital controller.
5. Start the equipment for dispersion, grinding, mixing or mixing operations.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the equipment and remove the working head for cleaning.

• Material viscosity should be ≤ 25,000 cps, Processing capacity range is 0.2-5 L.
• When the equipment is running, ensure that the mixing drum has been fixed by the barrel clamping device to prevent safety accidents caused by displacement.
