Principle
Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc, the material forms an annular flow and generates a strong vortex, and the material drops spirally to the bottom of the eddy current. During this process, strong shearing, impact and friction are generated between the particles, so as to achieve the effect of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and emulsification.

Steps
1. Choose the appropriate configuration according to the material viscosity (≤ 25,000 cps) and Processing capacity (0.2-5 L).
2. Use the bucket clamping device to quickly fix the mixing bucket to prevent displacement.
3. Adjust the working head to the appropriate height through the manual lifting handle and lock it tightly.
4. Install dispersion disc or sand disc as needed (fixed with hexagon bolts).
5. Set the required Rotation speed (adjustable from 0-8000rpm) and timing through the CPU digital display controller.
6. Start the equipment for dispersion, grinding, mixing or mixing operations.
7. After the operation is completed, turn off the equipment and remove the working head for cleaning.
Notice
• Please ensure that the material viscosity does not exceed 25,000 cps and the Processing capacity is within 0.2-5 L range.
• Be sure to use the barrel clamping device to fix the mixing barrel before operation to prevent safety accidents caused by the displacement of the barrel body during work.
• When the equipment is running, it is recommended to control the conventional linear speed at 20-25m/s.
• To control the temperature rise, it is recommended to chill down the double-decked Mixing Tank with water.
• When cleaning, pay attention to the safety and specifications of removing and installing the working head (dispersion disc/sand disc).
• When manually lifting the working head, it needs to be operated smoothly and ensure that the lock is in place.
• Do not exceed the maximum Power (400W) and maximum Rotation speed (8000rpm) of the device.
