Principle
The equipment is driven by a brushless DC variable frequency motor to provide a stable and precisely controlled Rotation speed. By changing different working heads (such as dispersion discs, sand discs), high-speed shearing, Impact and grinding of materials are carried out in a closed barrel, so as to realize the functions of material dispersion, mixing and grinding.

Steps
1. According to the processing requirements, select the appropriate cartridge (e.g. 0.5L, 1.5L, 3L, 5L) and install it.
2. According to the process requirements (dispersion, grinding, stirring), install the corresponding dispersion disc or sand disc and other working heads.
3. Add the material to the cartridge.
4. Adjust the working head to the appropriate height through the manual lifting device.
5. Rotation speed (0-8000rpm adjustable) set by CPU variable frequency digital display controller.
6. Start the device for operation.
7. After the operation is completed, turn off the equipment and remove the working head and barrel for cleaning.
Notice
* Please ensure that the equipment is used within the applicable range of material viscosity ≤ 25,000 cps, Processing capacity 0.2-5 L.
* Please check whether the working head (dispersion disc, sand disc) is firmly installed before operation.
* When adjusting the lift Travel (maximum 270mm), please ensure that the working head is in a suitable position with the bottom of the barrel and the material liquid level to avoid collision or idling.
When the equipment is running, please keep it in a closed working state to reduce volatilization and splashing.
* When cleaning the equipment, please disconnect the power supply and ensure that the parts are dried before storage.
