Principle
The device drives the high-speed swirl/spin of the working head (dispersion disc or sand disc) through the brushless DC frequency conversion motor, and shears, Impact and grind the material in the closed barrel, so as to realize the dispersion, mixing, stirring or grinding functions of the material. Steps
1. Select and install the appropriate working head (dispersion disc or sand disc) according to the processing requirements.
2. Add the material to be processed into the cartridge (Processing capacity range is 0.2-5 L).
3. Adjust the working head to the appropriate height through the manual lifting device.
4. Set the required Rotation speed (0-8000rpm) through the CPU variable frequency digital display Control system.
5. Start the equipment for dispersion, grinding, mixing or mixing operations.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the equipment and remove the working head for cleaning.
