The HUXI HR-500/6G High Shear Dispersion Mulser is an efficient device that distributes immiscible phases into continuous phases quickly and uniformly. Through the high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects generated by the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, the material is subjected to a combination of mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor, so as to achieve instant uniform and fine dispersion emulsification, and finally obtain stable high-quality products.

Principle

Steps
1. Select the appropriate gear according to the processing needs (A-G file corresponds to different Rotation speeds)
2. Start the device and monitor Rotation speed through scale display
3. Place the material in the processing area for decentralized emulsification
4. Turn off the device after finishing processing

• Operating temperature must not exceed 120 ℃
