Overview
The HUXI HR-500/8G High Shear Dispersion Mulser is an efficient device that distributes immiscible phases into continuous phases quickly and uniformly. It uses high linear velocities and high-frequency mechanical effects generated by high-speed swirl/spin to subject materials to a combination of shearing, extrusion, friction, and impact in narrow gaps, achieving instantaneous fine dispersion emulsification and ultimately obtaining stable and high-quality products.

Principle
The equipment generates high circumferential speed and high-frequency mechanical effects through the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor. With the cooperation of technology and additives, the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase are uniformly dispersed and emulsified in an instant, and stable products are obtained through high-frequency circulation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate gear according to the processing needs (A-G file corresponds to different Rotation speeds)
2. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V.
3. Put the material into the container, Processing capacity control in the range of 1-60ml
4. Start the device and adjust the Rotation speed through the scale display
5. Run until the material reaches the desired dispersion emulsification effect
6. Turn off the equipment and clean the work head
Notice
* Processing capacity must not exceed 60ml to avoid overload
The viscosity of the material should be controlled within 100cp
* Operating temperature does not exceed 120 ℃
* Power supply voltage is 220V before use
Regularly clean and maintain working head components
Make sure the equipment is stably placed during operation to prevent vibration
