The high shear dispersion Mulser HR-500/18G is a HUXI brand equipment that can effectively, quickly and uniformly distribute one or more incompatible phases into another continuous phase. High circumferential velocity and high frequency mechanical effects are generated by high-speed swirl/spin, so that the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor, so as to achieve instant uniform and fine dispersion emulsification, and finally obtain stable high-quality products.

Principle
The equipment generates high circumferential speed and high-frequency mechanical effects through the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor. With the cooperation of corresponding processes and additives, the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase are uniformly dispersed and emulsified in an instant, and stable products are obtained after high-frequency cycle.
Steps
1. Select the appropriate gear according to the processing needs (A-G file corresponds to different Rotation speeds)
2. Put the material into the container and ensure that the Processing capacity is within the range of 50-1500ml
3. Start the device and adjust the Rotation speed to the desired value through the scale display
4. Observe the material dispersion emulsification state during operation
5. Turn off the equipment and clean the work head after finishing the processing.

• Material viscosity should not exceed 3000cp to prevent equipment damage
