Overview
HUXI HR-500/18F High Shear Dispersion Mulser is a highly efficient device that can quickly and uniformly distribute incompatible phases into continuous phases. Through the high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects generated by the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, the material is subjected to strong shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tear and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, so as to achieve instantaneous uniform and fine dispersion emulsification, and finally obtain stable high-quality products.

Principle
High shear dispersion Mulser produces high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects through high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor. Under the combined action of corresponding processes and additives, the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase are uniformly dispersed and emulsified instantaneously, and the stable product is finally obtained through high-frequency cycle.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate gear and Rotation speed according to the processing material (refer to the Rotation speed table: A gear 8000rpm, B gear 12000rpm, C gear 16000rpm, D gear 19000rpm, E gear 22000rpm, F gear 25000rpm, G gear 28000rpm)
2. Put the material into the container and ensure that the Processing capacity is within the range of 50-1500ml
3. Install the cutter head and connect the motor to check whether the structural parts of the equipment such as rubber pads, screws, baseplates, etc. are firm
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed gear
5. Start the device for decentralized emulsification
6. Turn off the power after processing and clean the work head.
Notice
• The viscosity of the treated material shall not exceed 2000cp
• Operating temperature does not exceed 120 ℃
• Make sure the power supply is 220V/50/60HZ
• Check whether the structural components of the equipment are firmly installed before operation
• Avoid overprocessing, the standard Processing capacity is 50-1500ml
• Clean the working head in time after use to prevent material residue
