The HUXI HR-500/20F High Shear Dispersion Mulser is an efficient device that distributes immiscible phases into continuous phases quickly and uniformly. It uses high linear velocities and mechanical effects generated by high-speed swirl/spin to subject materials to a combination of shearing, extrusion, and friction in narrow gaps, achieving instantaneous fine dispersion emulsification and ultimately obtaining stable and high-quality products.

Principle
High shear dispersion Mulser produces high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects through high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor. With the cooperation of technology and additives, the instant uniform and fine dispersion emulsification of immiscible solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase is obtained through high-frequency circulation to obtain stable products.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate gear according to the processing needs (A-G file corresponds to different Rotation speeds)
2. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V.
3. Put the material into the handling container
4. Start the device and adjust the Rotation speed through the scale display
5. Run until the material reaches the desired dispersion emulsification effect
6. Turn off the equipment and clean the work head
Notice
• Check whether the Power supply voltage meets the 220V requirement before use
• Ensure that the material viscosity does not exceed the maximum processing viscosity of 3000cp
• Operating temperature must not exceed 120 ℃
• Regularly check whether the structural components of the equipment such as cutter heads, motor connectors, etc. are in good condition
• Avoid idling during operation to prevent damage to the equipment
• Pay attention to the material of the working head when cleaning to avoid corrosion
