Principle
High shear dispersion Mulser produces high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects through high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tear and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor. With the cooperation of technology and additives, the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase are uniformly dispersed and emulsified in an instant, and stable products are obtained through high-frequency cycles.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate gear according to the material characteristics (A-G file corresponds to 8000-28000rpm)
2. Install the cutter head and connect the motor
3. Add the material to the container and ensure that the Processing capacity is within the range of 50-3000ml
4. Turn on the device and monitor Rotation speed through scale display
5. Run until the material reaches the desired dispersion emulsification effect
6. Turn off the equipment and clean the work head
