The HUXI HR-500/25G High Shear Dispersion Mulser is an efficient device that distributes immiscible phases into continuous phases quickly and uniformly. Principle
High shear dispersion Mulser produces high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects through the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor. Steps
1. Select the appropriate gear according to the processing needs (A-G file corresponds to different Rotation speeds)
2. Place the material in the equipment to ensure that the Processing capacity is within the range of 100-5000ml
3. Start the device and adjust the Rotation speed to the desired value through the scale display
4. Operate equipment for decentralized emulsification
5. Turn off the equipment and clean the work head after processing is completed
