The HUXI HR-500/25F High Shear Dispersion Mulser is an efficient device that distributes immiscible phases into continuous phases quickly and uniformly. Through the high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects generated by the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, the material is subjected to a combination of strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor, achieving instant uniform and fine dispersion emulsification, and finally obtaining stable high-quality products.

Principle
High shear dispersion Mulser produces high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects through the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor. Under the combined action of the corresponding mature process and appropriate amount of additives, the immiscible solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase can be uniformly dispersed and emulsified in an instant, and through high-frequency cycles, stable high-quality products are finally obtained.
Steps
1. Installation equipment structural components: rubber pads, screws, baseplates, cutter heads, motor connectors, motor spindle joints, German crosses, motors, upper columns, sexual nuts, lower columns, nuts, horizontal columns
2. Select the appropriate gear according to the processing requirements (A-G file corresponds to different Rotation speeds)
3. Start the device for decentralized emulsification
4. Monitor the processing process to ensure uniform dispersion
