Principle
High shear dispersion Mulser produces high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects through high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tear and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and the rotor. With the cooperation of corresponding processes and additives, the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase are uniformly dispersed and emulsified in an instant, and the high-frequency cycle is repeated, and the final stable product is obtained.
