Principle
High shear dispersion Mulser produces high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects through high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor. Under the combined action of corresponding processes and additives, the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase are uniformly dispersed and emulsified instantaneously, and stable products are obtained through high-frequency cycling.

1. Processing capacity, viscosity and linear velocity parameters are selected according to the model
2. Refer to Rotation speed table to adjust the gear (A-G gear corresponds to 8000-28000rpm)
3. Connect the power supply (220V/50/60HZ)
4. Start the device for decentralized emulsification
