HUXI HR-500/25GST High Shear Dispersion Mulser is a highly efficient device that can quickly and uniformly distribute incompatible phases into continuous phases. Through the high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects generated by the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor, so as to achieve instant uniform and fine dispersion emulsification, and finally obtain stable high-quality products.

Principle
The equipment generates high circumferential speed and high-frequency mechanical effects through the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor. Under the combined action of the corresponding process and additives, the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase are uniformly dispersed and emulsified instantaneously, and the stable product is finally obtained through the high-frequency cycle.
Steps
1. Check the structural components of the equipment, including rubber pads, screws, baseplates, cutter heads, etc
2. Select the appropriate gear according to the processing requirements (A-G file corresponds to 8000-28000rpm Rotation speed)
3. Add the material to the processing container
4. Start the device and monitor Rotation speed through scale display
5. Turn off the device after decentralized emulsification
6. Clean and maintain the work head

• Make sure all components are firmly installed before use
• Must not exceed the maximum processing viscosity of 5000cp
• Operating temperature does not exceed 120 ℃
• Regularly check the motor and connecting parts
• Keep the working head clean to avoid material residue
