Overview
The high shear dispersion Mulser HR-500/25T3 is a HUXI brand product, which can effectively, quickly and uniformly distribute one phase or multiple phases into another continuous phase, suitable for immiscible material systems. The high circumferential speed and high frequency mechanical effect generated by the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor make the material subject to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor, and achieve instantaneous uniform and fine dispersion emulsification.

Principle
The equipment generates high circumferential speed and high-frequency mechanical effects through the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and the rotor. The insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase are uniformly dispersed and emulsified instantly under the combined action of process and additives, and the stable and high-quality products are finally obtained through high-frequency cycle.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate type of equipment according to the Processing capacity
2. Connect power 220V/50/60HZ
3. Rotation speed adjustment by scale display
4. Operate according to the Speed range 8000-28000rpm corresponding to the A-G gear
5. Monitor the processing process to ensure uniform emulsification of materials
6. Turn off the power after processing
Notice
• Operating temperature must not exceed 120 ℃
• Standard Processing capacity range is 100~ 3000ml, do not use beyond the limit
• The maximum processing viscosity is 5000cp, and it needs to be operated within this range
• Confirm that the power supply specification is 220V/50/60HZ before use
• Note that the working head material is SS316L PTFE to avoid contact with incompatible chemicals
• Ensure that all parts of the equipment are firmly installed during operation
• Regularly check the integrity of equipment structural components
