The HUXI HR-500/25T6 High Shear Dispersion Mulser is an efficient device that quickly and uniformly distributes incompatible phases into continuous phases. The high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects generated by the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor make the material subject to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor, so as to achieve instant uniform fine dispersion emulsification, and finally obtain stable and high-quality products.

Principle
High shear dispersion Mulser produces high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects through high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor. Under the combined action of the corresponding process and additives, the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase are uniformly dispersed and emulsified in an instant, and the stable product is finally obtained through high-frequency cycle.

Steps
1. Processing capacity according to select the appropriate model and stator
2. Connect power 220V/50/60HZ
3. Adjust Rotation speed gear through scale display (A-G file corresponds to 8000-28000rpm)
4. Place the material in the equipment and start the emulsification process
5. Monitor the processing process to ensure uniform dispersion
6. Turn off the power and clean the equipment after completion
