Overview
The High Shear Dispersion Mulser HR-500/25T1 is a HUXI brand equipment that effectively, quickly and uniformly distributes one or more phases into another continuous phase, especially for mutually incompatible phases. It generates high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects through high-speed swirl/spin, so that the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor, achieving instant uniform and fine dispersion emulsification, and finally obtaining stable high-quality products.

Principle
High shear dispersion Mulser produces high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects through the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor. Under the combined action of the corresponding mature process and appropriate amount of additives, the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase are uniformly dispersed and emulsified instantaneously and finely. After high-frequency cycle, a stable high-quality product is finally obtained.
Steps
1. Check the structural parts of the equipment, including rubber pads, screws, baseplates, cutter heads, motor connectors, motor spindle joints, German crosses, motors, upper columns, sexual nuts, lower columns, nuts, horizontal columns
2. Select the appropriate model and parameters according to the processing requirements
3. Set the Rotation speed, refer to the Rotation speed table to select the gear (such as A file 8000rpm, B file 12000rpm, etc.)
4. Start the equipment to ensure that the material is handled evenly in the stator and rotor gaps
5. Monitor processing and adjust Rotation speed or processing time as needed
6. After the dispersion emulsification is completed, turn off the equipment and clean the work head
Notice
• Make sure the power supply is 220V/50/60HZ to avoid voltage mismatch
• Check that all structural components are in good condition before operation, such as rubber pads, screws, etc
• Processing capacity according to the viscosity of the material, the maximum processing viscosity does not exceed 8000cp
• Rotation speed setting should refer to Rotation speed table to avoid overspeed operation
• Work head material is SS316L PTFE, pay attention to corrosion resistance and temperature limit, up to 120 ℃
• Avoid material overflow during processing to ensure safe operation
• Maintain equipment regularly, check motors and connected components
