Overview
The HUXI HR-500D/6G High Shear Disperse Mulser is an efficient device that distributes immiscible phases into continuous phases quickly and uniformly. It is suitable for handling solid, liquid and gas phase materials to achieve fine dispersion emulsification under mature processes and additives, resulting in a stable and high-quality product.
Features
1. Efficient and fast uniform emulsification
2. Rotor high speed swirling/spinning produces high circumferential speed and high frequency mechanical effects
3. Processing capacity range 0.2-10 ml
4. Maximum processing viscosity 100cp
5. The maximum linear speed of the rotor is 6m/s
6. The working head material is SS316L.
7. Temperature resistance up to 120 ° C
8. Rotation speed of digital display
9. Speed range 8000-28000rpm
Principle
The high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effect produced by the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor make the material subject to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and the rotor. This effect makes the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase instantly uniform and fine dispersion emulsification under the combined action of process and additives, and finally obtain a stable product through high-frequency cycle.
Applications
Solid phase dispersion, liquid phase emulsification, gas phase dispersion
Standards
Power standard: 220V/50/60HZ
Steps
1. Select the appropriate type of equipment according to the Processing capacity
2. Connect power 220V/50/60HZ
3. Rotation speed required by LED display setting (8000-28000rpm range)
4. Put the material into the handling container
5. Start the device for decentralized emulsification
6. Monitor the processing process until it is completed
