Overview
The HUXI HR-500D/18G High Shear Disperse Mulser is a highly efficient device that rapidly and uniformly distributes immiscible phases into continuous phases. It is suitable for handling solid, liquid and gas phase materials, achieving fine dispersion emulsification through high-speed swirl/spin, resulting in a stable, high-quality product.
Features
1. Efficient and fast dispersion emulsification, Processing capacity range is 50-1500ml.
2. Speed range 8000-28000rpm, providing strong kinetic energy.
3. Digital LED display Rotation speed, intuitive operation.
4. The working head material is SS316L and PTFE, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance up to 120 ℃.
5. Maximum processing viscosity is 3000cp, suitable for a variety of materials.
Principle
High shear dispersion Mulser produces high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects through the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor. This effect makes the immiscible phase uniformly dispersed and emulsified instantaneously under the combined action of process and additives, and finally forms a stable product through high-frequency cycles.
Applications
Chemical, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, coatings
Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V/50/60Hz.
2. Select the appropriate gear according to the processing requirements (A-G gear corresponds to Rotation speed 8000-28000rpm).
3. Place the material in the processing container and start the equipment.
4. Rotation speed is monitored by LED display and adjusted to the required value.
5. After processing is completed, turn off the equipment and clean the work head.
Notice
* Power supply voltage matching to avoid overload.
When handling materials, do not exceed the maximum viscosity of 3000cp and the temperature limit of 120 ° C.
Check whether the structural components of the equipment, such as the cutter head and the motor connector, are in good condition before operation.
Clean the working head promptly after use to prevent material residue.
* Avoid operating in humid or flammable environments to ensure safety.
