Overview
HUXI HR-500D/18F High Shear Dispersion Mulser can effectively, quickly and uniformly distribute one or more phases into another continuous phase, and is especially suitable for immiscible material systems. Through the high circumferential speed and high frequency mechanical effect generated by the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, the material is subjected to mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor, so as to achieve instantaneous uniform and fine dispersion emulsification.
Features
1. Speed range 8000-28000rpm, digital display
2. Input Power 500W, Output Power 320W
3. Standard Processing capacity 50-1500ml
4. Maximum processing viscosity 2000cp
5. The maximum linear speed of the rotor is 19m/s
6. Stator diameter φ 18mm
7. Working head material SS316L
8. Temperature resistance 120 ℃
Principle
The equipment generates high circumferential speed and high-frequency mechanical effects through the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor. The immiscible solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase are uniformly and finely dispersed and emulsified instantaneously under the combined action of process and additives, and finally stable and high-quality products are obtained through high-frequency cycles.
Steps
1. Install the cutter head to the motor connector
2. Connect the motor spindle connector
3. Adjust the position of the German cross
4. Rotation speed setting
5. Add the material to the processing container
6. Start the device for decentralized emulsification
7. Turn off the power when done
Notice
