HUXI HR-500D/20G High Shear Dispersion Mulser can effectively, quickly and uniformly distribute one or more phases into another continuous phase, while under normal circumstances each phase is incompatible with each other. Through the high circumferential speed and high frequency mechanical effect generated by the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor, so as to achieve the instantaneous uniform and fine dispersion emulsification of the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase under the action of process and additives.

Principle
