Principle
The high shear dispersion Mulser brings strong kinetic energy through the high circumferential speed and high-frequency mechanical effect generated by the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tear and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor. Under the combined action of the corresponding mature process and appropriate amount of additives, the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase are uniformly and finely dispersed in an instant. After high-frequency cycle, stable high-quality products are finally obtained.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate type of equipment according to the Processing capacity
2. Connect power 220V/50/60HZ
3. Rotation speed adjustment through LED digital display, range 8000-28000rpm
4. Put the material into the handling container
5. Start the device for decentralized emulsification
6. Turn off the power after processing is completed
