HUXI HR-500D/20DF High Shear Dispersion Mulser is an efficient device that can quickly and uniformly distribute incompatible phases into continuous phases. Through the high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects generated by high-speed swirl/spin, the material is subjected to strong shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tear and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor, so as to achieve instant uniform and fine dispersion emulsification, and finally obtain stable and high-quality products.

Principle
High shear dispersion Mulser produces high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects through the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor. Under the combined action of mature technology and appropriate additives, the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase are uniformly dispersed and emulsified instantaneously, and through high-frequency cycles, stable and high-quality products are finally obtained.
Steps
1. Select the appropriate gear and Rotation speed according to the processing requirements (refer to the Rotation speed table: A gear 8000rpm, B gear 12000rpm, C gear 16000rpm, D gear 19000rpm, E gear 22000rpm, F gear 25000rpm, G gear 28000rpm)
2. Put the material into the processing container and ensure that the Processing capacity is within the range of 50-3000ml
3. Install the cutter head and connect the motor to check whether the structural components of the equipment are firm
4. Turn on the power supply (220V/50-60Hz) and start the device
5. Rotation speed monitoring through LED display, adjust gear as needed
6. Turn off the power after processing and clean the equipment

• Material viscosity must not exceed the maximum limit of 3000cp
• Operating temperature does not exceed 180 ℃
