The High Shear Dispersion Mulser HR-500D/25JX is a HUXI brand product that can effectively, quickly and uniformly distribute one or more phases into another continuous phase, while under normal circumstances each phase is incompatible with each other. The high circumferential velocity and high frequency mechanical effect generated by high-speed swirl/spin make the material subject to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tear and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor, so as to achieve instantaneous uniform fine dispersion emulsification of insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase.

Principle
High shear dispersion Mulser produces high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects through the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor. Under the combined action of the corresponding mature process and appropriate amount of additives, the immiscible solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase are uniformly dispersed and emulsified instantaneously, and after high-frequency cycles, stable high-quality products are finally obtained.

Steps
1. Processing capacity according to select the appropriate model and stator
2. Connect the power supply 220V/50-60Hz
3. Set the desired Rotation speed through the LED display, refer to the Rotation speed table to select the gear (A: 8000rpm, B: 12000rpm, C: 16000rpm, D: 19000rpm, E: 22000rpm, F: 25000rpm, G: 28000rpm)
4. Add the material to the processing container to ensure that the Processing capacity is within the range of 100-6000ml
5. Start the equipment and immerse the working head in the material for dispersion and emulsification
6. Rotation speed and processing time according to process requirements
7. Turn off the power after processing and clean the equipment
