The HUXI HR-500D/25JQ High Shear Disperse Mulser is a highly efficient device that rapidly and uniformly distributes immiscible phases into continuous phases. It is suitable for dispersion emulsification in solid, liquid and gas phases, generating strong kinetic energy through high-speed swirl/spin for fine dispersion and stable emulsification.

Principle
High shear dispersion Mulser produces high circumferential velocity and high frequency mechanical effects through high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and the rotor. With the cooperation of technology and additives, uniform fine dispersion emulsification of the immiscible phase is instantly realized, and stable products are obtained through high-frequency circulation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Processing capacity according to the model, such as HR500D-25JQ Processing capacity 100-6000ml
2. Set the Rotation speed, refer to the Rotation speed table to select the gear (such as A gear 8000rpm to G gear 28000rpm)
3. Start the device and monitor Rotation speed through LED display
4. Perform dispersed emulsification operations to ensure uniform materials
5. Turn off the device after finishing processing
Notice
- Material viscosity does not exceed the maximum processing viscosity of 8000cp
- Operating temperature does not exceed 120 ℃
- Ensure proper stator and rotor clearance to avoid excessive abrasion
- Check whether the structural components of the equipment such as cutter heads, motor connectors, etc. are in good condition before use
- Follow power requirements: 220V/50/60HZ
