Overview
The High Shear Dispersion Mulser HR-500D/25T4 is a HUXI brand device that can effectively, quickly and uniformly distribute one phase or more phases into another continuous phase, usually between mutually immiscible phases to achieve dispersion emulsification. It produces high linear velocity and high frequency mechanical effects through high-speed swirl/spin, so that the material is subjected to mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tear and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor, so as to achieve instantaneous uniform and fine dispersion emulsification, and finally obtain stable high-quality products.

Principle
High shear dispersion Mulser produces high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects through the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor. Under the combined action of the corresponding mature process and appropriate amount of additives, the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase are uniformly dispersed and emulsified instantaneously and finely. After high-frequency cycle, a stable high-quality product is finally obtained.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V.
2. Select the appropriate gear as needed, and refer to the Rotation speed table to set the Rotation speed (such as A gear 8000rpm, B gear 12000rpm, etc.).
3. Put the material into the processing container and ensure that the Processing capacity is within the range of 100-5000ml.
4. Start the device and monitor Rotation speed through LED display.
5. Observe the effect of material dispersion emulsification during operation.
6. Turn off the power after processing and clean the equipment.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is 220V to avoid overload.
Processing capacity should not exceed the maximum standard Processing capacity of 5000ml.
The viscosity of the material should not exceed 5000cp.
* Operating temperature does not exceed 120 ℃ to prevent equipment damage.
* Be careful when operating and avoid contact with swirling/spinning parts.
Regularly check the structural components of the equipment, such as cutter heads, motor connectors, etc., to ensure their integrity.
