Principle
High shear dispersion Mulser produces high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects through high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tear and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and the rotor. Steps
1. Select the appropriate model according to the Processing capacity, such as HR500D-25T5 processing 50-5000ml
2. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V.
3. Rotation speed is set through LED display, reference gear A-G corresponds to 8000-28000rpm
4. Start the equipment so that the material is dispersed and emulsified at the cutter head
5. Monitor the processing process to ensure maximum viscosity of 5000 cp and temperature of 120 ° C
6. Turn off the power after completion and clean the work head
