Principle
High shear dispersion Mulser produces high circumferential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects through the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, so that the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap of the stator and rotor. Under the combined action of the corresponding mature process and appropriate amount of additives, the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase are uniformly dispersed and emulsified instantaneously and finely. After high-frequency cycle, the final product is stable and high-quality.
