Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. The device uses Blade Coating, which is fixed to the substrate by a mechanical fixture, and the digital setting of Spreader Travel ensures that a uniform wet-film is Spreader on different substrates, which greatly improves the reproducibility and conformity of the film.

Steps
1. Prepare substrate and place on Glass baseplate
2. Use mechanical fixtures to fix the substrate
3. Set Spreader parameters (Speed, Travel, etc.) through Touchscreen
4. Start the Device for Auto Spreader
5. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader
