Principle
The cross-cut tester draws a mesh pattern on the coating surface through the cutter head and evaluates the adhesion performance of the coating in combination with the tape test.

Steps
1. Choose the right cutter head according to the Coating thickness and standard requirements
2. Install the cutter head on the handle
3. Draw a grid pattern on the coating surface
4. Use adhesive tape for adhesion testing
5. Evaluate coating adhesion grade according to peeling
