Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate Spreader wet-film on different substrates by controlling the Spreader speed and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. Two coating methods, bar and drawdown blade, combined with Vacuum chuck to fix the substrate, ensure the uniformity and reproducibility of the Spreader process.

Steps
1. Prepare substrate and place on Vacuum chuck board
2. Select the coating method (bar or drawdown blade) and install the corresponding tool
3. Set Spreader parameters via Touchscreen, including Speed, Travel, and Thickness
4. Start the Device for Auto Spreader
5. After completion, remove the sample for subsequent processing

• Make sure the power supply of the device is 220V 50Hz before use
• Spreader thickness should be determined according to bar type or drawdown blade setting
• Vacuum chuck needs to be kept clean to avoid clogging
• When using the heating function, pay attention to the Temperature Uniformity control within +/- 3 ° C
• Customized functions need to confirm compatibility in advance
• Avoid exceeding the parameters specified in the manual when operating
