Overview
DH series laboratory Thermostatic bath provides a precise thermostatic, hot and cold controlled standard environment for various laboratory testing and analysis research institutions, and can be used as a cold source and heat source for direct or indirect heating and cooling. DH Thermostatic bath provides a variety of Tank specifications and Temperature ranges for laboratory testing users to choose. 0.01 ℃ high resolution , +/- 0.05 ℃ temperature fluctuation, is a good right-hand assistant for laboratory personnel.
Features
Automatic thermostatic Control system: Using self-developed temperature control technology with PT100 and all imported electronic components, the software system can correct temperature errors (resolution up to 0.001 ° C), PID temperature control can automatically or manually adjust parameters, digital locking settings to prevent misoperation, accurate and fast temperature control.
2. Refrigeration system: using an effective fully enclosed Compressor for refrigeration, with fast cooling speed and multiple protections such as overheating and overcurrent (heating tank without refrigeration system).
3. Circulation system: professional domestic circulation makes the temperature uniform and stable; can be changed to external circulation system, external circulation pump can output thermostatic liquid to establish the second thermostatic field outside the machine or as a cold source to chill down the experimental container outside the machine.
4. Alarm system: with over-temperature protection, over-temperature alarm function, can set over-temperature alarm temperature, over-temperature can automatically cut off the load.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath uses an automatic thermostatic Control system, combined with PT100 temperature sensor and PID algorithm, to precisely adjust the working state of the refrigeration system (Compressor) and heating system to achieve fast and stable control of the temperature of the medium in the Tank. The temperature in the tank is uniform through the domestic circulation system, or the thermostatic medium is output through the external circulation pump to establish an external thermostatic environment.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. Set the target temperature and related parameters as required.
3. Start the device, and the system will automatically run the PID temperature control to stabilize the temperature in the Tank quickly.
4. Use domestic circulation to maintain uniform temperature in the tank, or switch to external circulation mode to establish an external thermostatic field.
5. During the experiment, the digital locking function can be used to prevent the settings from being changed by mistake.
6. Press the "Power" button to turn off all functions of the instrument, but the instrument will still display the natural rise and fall of the temperature in the tank.
Notice
• The instrument has over-temperature protection function, please set the appropriate over-temperature alarm temperature according to the experimental requirements.
• Avoid unrelated personnel from operating the instrument, and use the digital lock function to protect the settings.
• When using the external circulation function, make sure that the external piping is connected correctly.
• The heating tank model does not have a refrigeration system.
The equipment has multiple protections, but still needs to be used in a normal environment.
