Overview
DH05-10 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is one of the BINGLIN brand DH series products. It provides a precise thermostatic, hot and cold controlled standard environment for various laboratory testing and analysis institutions. It can be used as a cold source and heat source for direct or indirect heating and cooling. This model has 0.01 ° C high resolution , +/- 0.05 ° C temperature fluctuation, which is the right-hand assistant of laboratory personnel.
Features
1. Using self-developed temperature control technology, with PT100 and all imported electronic components, the software system can easily correct the error between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature, and the correction resolution is as high as 0.001 ° C.
2. Temperature Stability, PID temperature control can automatically adjust parameters according to different media, special needs can be manually adjusted.
3. The software digitally locks the setting values of the Control system to avoid misoperation and ensure that the experimental data is correct.
4. Accurate temperature control makes the temperature in the Tank stable quickly.
5. Press the "Power" button to turn off all functions of the instrument, but the instrument can still display the natural rise and fall of the temperature in the tank.
6. It uses an effective fully enclosed Compressor for cooling, with fast cooling speed and multiple protections such as overheating and overcurrent.
7. Have a professional domestic circulation system to make the temperature uniform and stable, can be changed to external circulation system, external circulation pump can output thermostatic liquid to establish a second thermostatic field outside the machine or as a cold source to chill down the experimental container outside the machine.
8. With over-temperature protection, over-temperature alarm function, can set over-temperature alarm temperature, over-temperature can automatically cut off the load.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath uses an automatic thermostatic Control system to monitor the temperature using the PT100 Sensor, combined with the PID algorithm and the cooling/heating system, to precisely control the temperature of the medium in the Tank. The domestic circulation system ensures uniform temperature in the tank, and the medium flows through the circulating pump. When the temperature deviates from the set value, the Control system adjusts the operation of the refrigeration Compressor or heater to quickly restore and maintain the set temperature.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable, well-ventilated position.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil, water, etc.) to the Tank.
3. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
4. Set the required temperature through the control panel.
5. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
6. Start the device, and the system will automatically run and quickly reach the set temperature.
7. After the experiment is over, press the "Power" button to turn off the function of the instrument, or turn off the power completely.
8. Clean and maintain equipment.
Notice
• Please ensure that the medium liquid level in the Tank is appropriate before use.
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• Avoid moving or vibrating violently while the equipment is running.
• Set the over-temperature alarm temperature to prevent accidents.
• When making external circulation connections, ensure that the pipeline connections are correct and leak-free.
• Regularly check and clean equipment to ensure good heat dissipation.
• Non-professionals should not modify Control system parameters without authorization.
• After shutting down, the instrument will still display the temperature in the tank, please pay attention to distinguish.
