Overview
DH05-15 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a model of BINGLIN brand DH series laboratory Thermostatic bath, which provides a precise thermostatic, hot and cold controlled standard environment for various laboratory testing and analysis research institutions, and can be used as a cold source and heat source directly or indirectly heating and cooling. The product has 0.01 ° C high resolution , +/- 0.05 ° C temperature fluctuation, which is the right-hand assistant of laboratory personnel.
Features
Automatic thermostatic Control system: Using self-developed temperature control technology with PT100 and all imported electronic components, the software system is convenient to correct temperature errors (resolution up to 0.001 ° C), PID temperature control can automatically or manually adjust parameters, digital locking settings to prevent misoperation, accurate temperature control, fast and stable.
2. Refrigeration system: using an effective fully enclosed Compressor for refrigeration, with fast cooling speed and multiple protections such as overheating and overcurrent.
3. Circulation system: with professional domestic circulation to make the temperature uniform and stable; can be changed to external circulation system, external circulation pump can output thermostatic liquid to establish the second thermostatic field outside the machine or as a cold source to chill down the experimental container outside the machine.
4. Alarm system: with over-temperature protection, over-temperature alarm function, can set over-temperature alarm temperature, over-temperature can automatically cut off the load.

Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath precisely controls the temperature in the Tank through an automatic thermostatic Control system combined with the PT100 temperature sensor and PID algorithm. The refrigeration system achieves rapid cooling through a fully enclosed Compressor, while the circulatory system (domestic circulation or external circulation) ensures uniform and stable temperature in the tank or outside the thermostatic field. When the temperature exceeds the set safe range, the alarm system activates the protection.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. According to the experimental requirements, set the target temperature and parameters through the Control system.
3. Start the equipment, start the refrigeration or heating system, and circulate the pump to maintain a uniform temperature.
4. Monitor and display the temperature until it quickly stabilizes to the set value.
5. During the experiment, the external circulation function can be used to establish a second thermostatic field or chill down the external container.
6. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off all functions of the instrument, but the instrument will still display the natural temperature change process in the tank.
Notice
• The software system has a digital locking function, please do not let unrelated personnel operate it to prevent misoperation from affecting the experimental data.
• Note that the equipment has over-temperature alarm and protection functions, please set the alarm temperature reasonably to ensure safety.
• When using the external circulation function, please ensure that the external pipeline connection is correct and unobstructed.
• The temperature in the tank will still be displayed after the equipment is turned off, please pay attention to distinguish the working status of the equipment.
