Overview
DH05-20 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is one of the BINGLIN brand DH series products, providing a precise thermostatic, hot and cold controlled standard environment for various laboratory testing and analysis research institutions, which can be used as a cold source and heat source for direct or indirect heating or cooling. This model has 0.01 ° C high resolution and +/- 0.05 ° C Temperature Fluctuation, which is the right assistant of laboratory personnel.
Features
Automatic thermostatic Control system: using self-developed temperature control technology with PT100 and all imported electronic components, the software system can correct the display error (resolution 0.001 ℃), PID temperature control can automatically or manually adjust the parameters, digital locking settings to prevent misoperation, accurate and fast temperature control.
2. Refrigeration system: using an effective fully enclosed Compressor for refrigeration, with fast cooling speed and multiple protections such as overheating and overcurrent.
3. Circulation system: with professional domestic circulation to make the temperature uniform and stable; can be changed to external circulation system, external circulation pump can output thermostatic liquid to establish the second thermostatic field outside the machine or as a cold source to chill down the experimental container outside the machine.
4. Alarm system: with over-temperature protection, over-temperature alarm function, can set over-temperature alarm temperature, over-temperature can automatically cut off the load.
5. Press the "Power" button to turn off all functions of the instrument, but the instrument can still display the natural rise and fall of the temperature in the tank.
6. Optional RS232 or RS485 interface.
Principle
The Thermostatic bath precisely adjusts the Power output of the heating or cooling unit through an automatic thermostatic Control system combined with the PT100 temperature sensor and PID algorithm to achieve fast, stable and precise control of the temperature in the Tank. The domestic circulation system promotes uniform temperature of the medium in the tank, and the external circulation system can pump out the thermostatic medium to provide a stable temperature environment for external equipment.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as deionized water, ethanol, etc., according to the Temperature range) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required target temperature through the control panel.
4. Select domestic circulation or connect external pipelines to enable external circulation mode as needed.
5. The equipment starts working and automatically heats or cools to achieve and maintain the set temperature.
6. After use, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power connection.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the medium liquid level in the Tank is appropriate to avoid dry burning or reduced cooling efficiency.
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
When handling or moving equipment, avoid violent vibrations and tilts.
• When setting temperature or adjusting parameters, please follow the Operation Manual to avoid misoperation by unrelated personnel.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm function of the equipment. In case of alarm, please check and troubleshoot in time.
• Regularly clean the equipment surface and Tank to keep the equipment clean.
• If not used for a long time, please empty the medium in the Tank and store it properly.
