Overview
DH10-10 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a laboratory thermostatic equipment of BINGLIN brand, which provides a precise thermostatic, hot and cold controlled standard environment for various laboratory testing and analysis research institutions, and can be used as a cold source and heat source directly or indirectly heating and cooling. The product has 0.01 ℃ high resolution , +/- 0.05 ℃ Temperature Fluctuation, which is the right-hand assistant of laboratory personnel.
Features
1. Adopt automatic thermostatic Control system, including self-developed temperature control technology, PT100 Sensor and all imported electronic components.
2. The software system can easily correct the error between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature, and the correction resolution is as high as 0.001 ° C to ensure the accurate display.
3. Temperature Stability, PID temperature control can automatically adjust parameters according to the medium, special needs can be manually adjusted.

Principle
The DH10-10 Low Temperature Circulating Bath achieves precise temperature control through an automatic thermostatic Control system. The system is based on the PID algorithm, combined with the PT100 temperature sensor to monitor the temperature in the tank in real time, and by controlling the operation of the Compressor cooling and heating elements, the medium in the Tank quickly reaches and stabilizes at the set temperature. The domestic circulation pump promotes the flow of liquid in the tank to ensure uniform temperature; the system can also be switched to external circulation mode to pump the thermostatic liquid to establish an external thermostatic environment static or chill down the external container.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable, well-ventilated position and connect the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of suitable medium (such as deionized water, ethanol, etc.) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch, the device is powered on, and the display screen lights up.
4. Set the required temperature through the control panel.
5. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
6. Start running, and the equipment starts to cool or heat until the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes.
7. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off the device function (the temperature change in the slot can still be displayed at this time).
8. Disconnect the power and clean the Tank.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the medium liquid level in the Tank is appropriate to avoid dry burning or affecting the circulation effect.
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• Do not block the water inlet and outlet or cover the heat dissipation hole when the equipment is running.
• Set the over-temperature alarm temperature to prevent accidents.
When making temperature corrections, make sure the operation is accurate or performed by a professional.
• Regularly check and clean equipment to maintain cleanliness.
Before moving or repairing equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
• Optional Communication interface (RS232/RS485) needs to be connected correctly according to the instructions.
