Overview
DH20-06 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is one of the BINGLIN brand DH series products. It provides a precise thermostatic, hot and cold controlled standard environment for various laboratory testing and analysis institutions. It can be used as a cold source and heat source for direct or indirect heating and cooling. This model has 0.01 ° C high resolution , +/- 0.05 ° C temperature fluctuation, which is the right-hand assistant of laboratory personnel.
Features
1. Using self-developed temperature control technology, with PT100 and all imported electronic components, the software system can correct the display error, and the correction resolution reaches 0.001 ℃.
2. Temperature Stability, PID temperature control can automatically or manually adjust parameters, software digital lock setting value to prevent misoperation.
3. Equipped with an effective fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system, with fast cooling speed and multiple protections such as overheating and overcurrent.
4. Have a professional domestic circulation system to make the temperature uniform and stable, and can be changed to an external circulation system to establish a second thermostatic field outside the machine or as a cold source.
5. Equipped with over-temperature protection and a beeping alarm system, the alarm temperature can be set, and the load can be automatically cut off when overheating.
6. Press the "Power" button to turn off the function of the instrument, but the natural rise and fall of the temperature in the tank is still displayed.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath uses an automatic thermostatic Control system, combined with a High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor and PID algorithm, to precisely adjust the temperature of the medium in the Tank. The refrigeration system achieves rapid cooling through a fully enclosed Compressor, the circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) ensures uniform and stable temperature in the tank, and the thermostatic liquid is output to establish an external thermostatic environment. The alarm system monitors the temperature in real time to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

Steps
1. Place the device in a suitable location and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of medium to the inner tank as required.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature and over-temperature alarm temperature through the control panel.
4. Start the cooling or heating function, and the device will automatically run the PID temperature control to stabilize the temperature quickly.
5. Can use domestic circulation to maintain uniform temperature in the tank, or switch to external circulation mode to output thermostatic liquid.
6. During the experiment, the instrument can be locked to prevent misoperation.
7. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off the function, and the device will still display the temperature change in the slot.

Make sure the working environment meets the equipment requirements before use.
• Maximum capacity should not be exceeded when adding the medium and ensure that the medium is suitable for the Temperature range.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, it should be set to a safe value slightly higher than the Operating temperature.
• Be cautious when adjusting parameters, and non-professionals should not modify core parameters such as PID.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not block the ventilating port to ensure good heat dissipation of the refrigeration system.
• When the alarm sounds, check the cause of overheating immediately and troubleshoot.
• After turning off the power function, the device is still powered on to display the temperature. If you need to completely power off, please unplug the power plug.
• Communication interface is optional, please follow the instructions to connect correctly.
