Overview
DH20-30 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is one of the BINGLIN brand DH series products. It provides a precise thermostatic, hot and cold controlled standard environment for various laboratory testing and analysis institutions. It can be used as a cold source and heat source for direct or indirect heating and cooling. This model has 0.01 ° C high resolution , +/- 0.05 ° C temperature fluctuation, which is the right-hand assistant of laboratory personnel.
Features
1. Adopt automatic thermostatic Control system, including self-developed temperature control technology, PT100 Sensor and all imported electronic components.
2. The software system can correct the display temperature and the actual temperature error, and the correction resolution is as high as 0.001 ° C to ensure accurate display.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath is adjusted by an automatic thermostatic Control system. The system consists of self-developed control technology, PT100 Sensor and imported electronic components, and uses PID algorithm to achieve accurate temperature control. The refrigeration system uses a fully enclosed Compressor to achieve rapid cooling. The circulation system circulates the liquid in the tank through the domestic circulation pump to achieve uniform temperature, or outputs the thermostatic liquid through the external circulation pump to establish an external thermostatic field. When the temperature exceeds the set safe range, the alarm system will activate the protection.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. According to the experimental requirements, set the target temperature and Miscellaneous parameters through the control panel.
3. Start the equipment, the Thermostatic bath starts working, and the refrigeration or heating system runs to reach the set temperature.
4. The domestic circulation function can be used to make the temperature in the tank uniform, or connect the external pipeline to enable the external circulation function.
5. During the experiment, the instrument will continuously display the actual temperature in the tank.
6. After the experiment is over, press the "Power" button to turn off the instrument function (the temperature change in the tank can still be displayed at this time).
7. Disconnect the power supply.
