Overview
DH30-15 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is one of the BINGLIN brand DH series products, providing a precise thermostatic, hot and cold controlled standard environment for various laboratory testing and analysis research institutions, which can be used as a cold source and heat source directly or indirectly for heating or cooling. This model has 0.01 ℃ high resolution , +/- 0.05 ℃ Temperature Fluctuation, Tank size is 300 * 250 * 200mm, is the right-hand assistant of laboratory personnel.
Features
Automatic thermostatic Control system: Using self-developed temperature control technology with PT100 and all imported electronic components, the software system can correct the display error (resolution up to 0.001 ℃), PID temperature control can automatically or manually adjust the parameters, digital locking settings to prevent misoperation, accurate and fast temperature control.
2. Refrigeration system: using an effective fully enclosed Compressor for refrigeration, with fast cooling speed and multiple protections such as overheating and overcurrent.
3. Circulation system: with professional domestic circulation to make the temperature uniform and stable; can be changed to external circulation system, output thermostatic liquid to establish a second thermostatic field outside the machine or as a cold source to chill down the experimental container outside the machine.
4. Alarm system: with over-temperature protection and alarm function, can set over-temperature alarm temperature, over-temperature can automatically cut off the load.
Optional RS232 or RS485 interface.
6. Press the "Power" button to turn off the function of the instrument, but the natural rise and fall of the temperature in the tank is still displayed.
Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath works through an automatic thermostatic Control system. The system is based on self-developed control technology, PT100 temperature sensor and imported electronic components to monitor and adjust the medium temperature in the Tank with High Accuracy. The PID control algorithm can automatically or manually adjust the heating and refrigeration power according to the characteristics of the medium. With an efficient Compressor refrigeration system and a circulation pump (domestic circulation or external circulation), the temperature in the tank can quickly reach the set value and maintain a high degree of stability, thus providing an accurate thermostatic environment for experiments.
