Overview
DH40-06 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is one of the BINGLIN brand DH series products. It provides a precise thermostatic, hot and cold controlled standard environment for various laboratory testing and analysis institutions. It can be used as a cold source and heat source for direct or indirect heating and cooling. This model has 0.01 ° C high resolution , +/- 0.05 ° C temperature fluctuation, which is the right-hand assistant of laboratory personnel.
Features
1. Using self-developed temperature control technology, with PT100 and all imported electronic components, the software system can easily correct the error between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature, and the correction resolution is as high as 0.001 ° C.
2. Temperature Stability, PID temperature control can automatically adjust parameters according to different media, special needs can be manually adjusted.
3. The software digitally locks the setting values of the Control system to avoid misoperation by irrelevant personnel and ensure that the experimental data is correct.
4. Accurate temperature control makes the temperature in the Tank stable quickly.
5. Press the "Power" button to turn off all functions of the instrument, but the instrument can still display the natural rise and fall of the temperature in the tank.
6. It uses an effective fully enclosed Compressor for cooling, with fast cooling speed and multiple protections such as overheating and overcurrent.
7. Have a professional domestic circulation system to make the temperature uniform and stable, can be changed to external circulation system, external circulation pump can output thermostatic liquid to establish a second thermostatic field outside the machine or as a cold source to chill down the experimental container outside the machine.
8. With over-temperature protection, over-temperature alarm function, can set over-temperature alarm temperature, over-temperature can automatically cut off the load.

Principle
The device precisely controls the temperature in the Tank through an automatic thermostatic Control system combined with the PT100 temperature sensor and PID algorithm. The refrigeration system achieves rapid cooling through a fully enclosed Compressor, and the circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) ensures uniform and stable temperature in the tank or external thermostatic field. When the temperature exceeds the set safe range, the alarm system will activate the protection.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply.
2. According to the experimental requirements, set the target temperature and parameters through the Control system.
3. Start the equipment, the refrigeration or heating system starts working, and the circulating pump runs.
4. After the equipment reaches the set temperature and is stable, it can be operated experimentally.
5. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off the function of the instrument (the instrument still shows the temperature change in the slot).
6. Disconnect the power supply.

• Avoid operations by unrelated personnel to prevent misoperation from affecting the experimental data.
