Overview
DH40-15 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is one of the DH series laboratory Thermostatic baths, which provides a precise thermostatic, hot and cold controlled standard environment for various laboratory testing and analysis research institutions, and can be used as a cold source and heat source for direct or indirect heating and cooling. This model has 0.01 ° C high resolution , +/- 0.05 ° C temperature fluctuation, which is a good right-hand assistant for laboratory personnel.
Features
Automatic thermostatic Control system: using self-developed temperature control technology with PT100 and all imported electronic components, the software system can correct the display temperature and the actual temperature error (resolution up to 0.001 ℃), PID temperature control can automatically or manually adjust the parameters, software digital lock setting value, temperature control is accurate, rapid and stable heating.
2. Refrigeration system: using an effective fully enclosed Compressor for refrigeration, with fast cooling speed and multiple protections such as overheating and overcurrent.
3. Circulation system: with professional domestic circulation to make the temperature uniform and stable; can be changed to external circulation system, external circulation pump can output thermostatic liquid to establish the second thermostatic field outside the machine or as a cold source to chill down the experimental container outside the machine.
4. Alarm system: with over-temperature protection, over-temperature alarm function, can set over-temperature alarm temperature, over-temperature can automatically cut off the load.

Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath uses an automatic thermostatic Control system, PT100 temperature sensor and PID control algorithm to precisely adjust the working state of the refrigeration system (fully enclosed Compressor) and heating system to achieve accurate control of the temperature of the medium in the Tank. At the same time, the domestic circulation pump forces the liquid circulation in the tank to ensure uniform and stable temperature; the thermostatic medium can also be output through the external circulation pump to provide a thermostatic environment for external equipment.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. Set the target temperature and related parameters as required.
3. Start the device, and the system will automatically control the temperature to reach the set value and maintain stability.
4. You can choose to enable domestic circulation or external circulation function.
5. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off all functions of the instrument, but the instrument will still display the natural rise and fall of the temperature in the tank.

• The software system has a digital locking function to avoid misoperation by unrelated personnel.
• The equipment has over-temperature protection and alarm functions, please pay attention to the alarm prompt when using it.
• The heating tank model does not have a refrigeration system, please pay attention to the distinction.
• When performing external circulation operations, make sure that the external piping is connected correctly.
• Do not use in environments beyond the specified Temperature range (-40~ 100 ℃).
