Overview
DH45-06 Low Temperature Circulating Bath provides a precise thermostatic, hot and cold controlled standard environment for various laboratory testing and analysis institutions, which can be used as a cold source and heat source for direct or indirect heating and cooling. The product has 0.01 ° C high resolution , +/- 0.05 ° C temperature fluctuation, which is the right assistant of laboratory personnel.
Features
1. Using self-developed temperature control technology, with PT100 and all imported electronic components, the software system can easily correct the error between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature, and the correction resolution is as high as 0.001 ° C.
2. Temperature Stability, PID temperature control can automatically adjust parameters according to the medium, special needs can be manually adjusted.
3. The software digitally locks the setting values of the Control system to avoid misoperation and ensure that the experimental data is correct.

Have a professional domestic circulation system to make the temperature uniform and stable, can be changed to external circulation system, external circulation pump can output thermostatic liquid to establish a second thermostatic field outside the machine or as a cold source to chill down the experimental container outside the machine.
8. With over-temperature protection, over-temperature alarm function, can set over-temperature alarm temperature, over-temperature can automatically cut off the load.

Principle
The product realizes accurate temperature control through an automatic thermostatic Control system. The system consists of self-developed control technology, PT100 temperature sensor and imported electronic components. The parameters are automatically or manually adjusted through PID algorithm to quickly stabilize the temperature in the tank. The refrigeration system uses a fully enclosed Compressor to achieve rapid cooling. The circulation system ensures uniform temperature in the tank through domestic circulation, or the output of thermostatic liquid through external circulation pump establishes an external thermostatic field. The alarm system provides protection in the event of overheating.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply.
2. Set the target temperature and over-temperature alarm temperature as required.
3. Start the device, the thermostatic Control system starts to work, so that the temperature in the tank quickly stabilizes to the set value.
4. You can choose to use domestic circulation to maintain uniform temperature in the tank, or connect the external circulation pipeline to establish an external thermostatic field.
5. During the experiment, the temperature can be monitored through the display panel.
6. After use, press the "Power" button to turn off the instrument function (the temperature change in the tank can still be displayed at this time).
