Overview
DH10-20 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is one of the BINGLIN brand DH series products. It provides a precise thermostatic, hot and cold controlled standard environment for various laboratory testing and analysis institutions. It can be used as a cold source and heat source for direct or indirect heating and cooling. This model has 0.01 ° C high resolution , +/- 0.05 ° C temperature fluctuation, which is the right-hand assistant of laboratory personnel.
Features
1. Using self-developed temperature control technology, with PT100 and all imported electronic components, the software system can easily correct the error between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature, and the correction resolution is as high as 0.001 ° C.
2. Temperature Stability, PID temperature control can automatically adjust parameters according to the medium, special needs can be manually adjusted.
3. The software digitally locks the setting values of the Control system to avoid misoperation and ensure that the experimental data is correct.
4. Accurate temperature control makes the temperature in the Tank stable quickly.
5. Press the "Power" button to turn off the function of the instrument, but the instrument can still display the natural rise and fall of the temperature in the tank.
6. It uses an effective fully enclosed Compressor for cooling, with fast cooling speed and multiple protections such as overheating and overcurrent.
7. Have a professional domestic circulation system to make the temperature uniform and stable; can be changed to an external circulation system to establish a second thermostatic field outside the machine or as a cold source to chill down the experimental container outside the machine.
8. With over-temperature protection, over-temperature alarm function, can set over-temperature alarm temperature, over-temperature can automatically cut off the load.
9. Optional RS232 or RS485 interface.
Principle
The equipment uses the PT100 temperature sensor and PID algorithm to precisely control the temperature through an automatic thermostatic Control system. The refrigeration system works through a fully enclosed Compressor to achieve rapid cooling, and the circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) ensures uniform temperature in the Tank. Safety protection is achieved through an alarm system.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Set the target temperature and over-temperature alarm temperature as required.
3. The equipment will run automatically, and the PID temperature control system makes the temperature stable quickly.
4. Can use domestic circulation to maintain uniform temperature in the tank, or switch to external circulation to establish an external thermostatic field.
5. After the experiment is over, press the "Power" button to turn off the instrument function (the temperature change in the tank can still be displayed).
Notice
• Avoid unrelated personnel operation and use the software locking function to prevent misoperation.
• Note that the equipment has an over-temperature protection function, and the alarm temperature needs to be set reasonably.
The refrigeration system has multiple protections, but it still needs to be used in a normal environment.
• When using external circulation, ensure that the connecting pipeline is unobstructed.
