Overview
The TUOWIN TW7501 is a silent oil-free air Compressor with a Rated power of 750W, an exhaust capacity of 45L/min, and a maximum Operating Pressure of 0.8MPa. The equipment is designed without oil, with a low operating noise of 56 +/- 3dB (A) and a 25L gas storage tank, suitable for a variety of occasions that require a clean and quiet gas source.
Features
1. Equipped with a safety valve, it has sensitive detection and constant overpressure unloading function to ensure safety, reliability and stability.
2. Adopt "Lifu" brand pressure switch, which can accurately adjust the pressure range to meet the requirements of no-load, load, shutdown and high-frequency continuous action of the equipment.
3. Adopt a pressure-regulated gas-water separator, which can adjust and stabilize the air pressure, and has an automatic gas-water separation device to effectively filtrate the moisture and impurities in the compressed air.
4. The gas storage tank is made of "Baosteel" rolled steel plate, double-decked painting process inside and outside, anti-rust and durable.
5. Adopt stainless steel capacitor, equipped with imported pressure film and professional winding technology, long service life, explosion-proof and durable shell, with multi-interface.
6. Equipped with a new type of double-spring leaf structure overload protector, Sensitivity is high, which can effectively protect the host from voltage instability and other faults.
Principle
The silent oil-free air Compressor reciprocates through the piston driven by the motor to suck in and compress the air. The compressed air penetrates moisture and impurities through the air-water separator and is then stored in the air storage tank. The pressure switch controls the start and stop of the Compressor according to the set value to maintain the system pressure stability. The safety valve automatically unloads when the system is overpressurized to ensure safe operation.
Applications
Laboratories, Dental Clinics, Cosmetic Instruments, Food Encasement, Precision Instrument Purge, Pneumatic Tools, Small lame plating, Model making
Standards
GB/T 13928-2015、GB 22207-2008、GB/T 15487-2015
Steps
1. Place the device in a stable, well-ventilated position and connect it to a 220V/50Hz power supply.
2. Check whether the safety valve, pressure gauge and other components are in good condition, and confirm that there is no pressure in the gas tank.
3. Open the drain valve of the gas-water separator to discharge any condensate that may exist.
4. Set the required Operating Pressure through the pressure regulator as required.
5. Start the equipment, observe the pressure gauge reading, and when the pressure reaches the set value, the equipment will automatically stop (no load).
6. Connect the required pneumatic tools or equipment and start working.
7. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply and open the drain valve again to empty the compressed air and condensate in the air storage tank.
Notice
Do not use this equipment in flammable, explosive or corrosion gas environments.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch high-temperature components such as motors and cylinders.
• Regularly check and drain the condensate in the gas-water separator and gas storage tank.
• Do not exceed the maximum Operating Pressure (0.8MPa) indicated on the device nameplate.
• Non-professionals should not remove or adjust safety devices such as safety valves and pressure switches.
• Before moving or maintaining equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply and release all pressure in the gas tank.
• Please ensure that the equipment is well grounded and avoid damage to the power cord.
• If the equipment is not used for a long time, the power supply should be disconnected and the gas storage tank should be emptied.
