Overview
The TUOWIN TW7501DS is a silent oil-free air Compressor, an integrated machine. Rated power is 750W, displacement is 45L/min, exhaust pressure is 0.8MPa, equipped with a 25L gas tank, and operating noise is as low as 49 +/- 3dB (A).
Features

4. The gas storage tank adopts "Baosteel" rolled steel plate, double-decked painting process inside and outside, which is not easy to rusting.
5. Using stainless steel capacitor, the shell is explosion-proof and durable, and the service life can reach more than 100,000 times.
6. Equipped with a new double spring leaf structure overload protector, Sensitivity is high, can effectively protect the host.
Principle
The air Compressor reciprocates through the piston driven by the motor to draw air and compress it into the air storage tank. The pressure switch precisely controls the start and stop of the Compressor to maintain the set pressure. The compressed air is output after the air-water separator infiltrates moisture and impurities. Safety valves and overload protectors provide safety protection under overpressure and abnormal working conditions, respectively.

Steps
1. Check the Appearance of the equipment and the connecting pipeline to ensure that there is no damage or loosening.
2. Place the equipment in a stable and well-ventilated position.
3. Connect the 220V/50Hz power supply.
4. Open the exhaust valve and start the equipment.
5. Set the required Operating Pressure through the pressure switch or pressure regulator.
6. After the equipment runs to the set pressure, it automatically stops, and compressed air can be used.
7. After use, turn off the power supply and open the drain valve at the bottom of the gas storage tank to discharge the condensate.
Notice
• Do not use this equipment in a flammable and explosive environment.
When the equipment is running, do not touch high-temperature components (e.g. cylinders, exhaust pipes).
• Regularly check and drain the condensate in the gas storage tank.
• Do not exceed the maximum Operating Pressure (0.8MPa) of the equipment calibration.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify safety devices such as safety valves and pressure switches.
Equipment should be well ventilated to avoid long-term operation in a confined space.
• Before moving or maintaining equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply and release all pressure in the gas tank.
